Seeking help is the first step towards solving our problems. Rosaleen provides the space to assist those who wish to take the next step and has experience in many different areas, including:

Families - Family problems, child and adolescent difficulties, challenges in relation to school, community and social areas

Couples - Marital conflict, communication difficulties, and social  problems

Individuals - For those who may require assistance with personal development, grief, relationships and for difficulties such as depression, anxiety, addiction or phobias.

Workshops and information groups - Rosaleen is available on request to work with groups on:
  • Personal development and growth work
  • Assertiveness training and public speaking
  • Stress management and meditation
  • Tai Chi and Chi Kung






Life Coaching 


Coaching is a way of supporting people through change. It helps people reach their full potential and find their own solutions and entails listening, empowering people, being empathetic and inspiring.

One of the most important aspects of coaching is the building of a truthful relationship where this can happen. Coaching is a bridge that links a person from where they are to where they want to be.

To bring about change, client and coach agree on specific aims and objectives and identify goals, long and short term. Coach and client commit to action and work towards achieving these goals in a specific time frame.
